For a few months now, I have been talking about different travel destinations, attractions and fun activities to do in a holiday. However, today I do not want to talk about having fun through travel but rather being happy through helping other people. I recently came across a website called Car Angel. This website has a unique way of facilitating charities. They accept car donations and the proceeds from these donations are used to help orphans, homeless people, teen rehabilitation and prison reform. Through giving a car donation, you can help in improving other people’s lives, give them hope and fight poverty.
Donating a car through Car Angel is a win-win situation. You also benefit through your donation in many different ways. If you donate your old car instead of selling it, you can save time by avoiding the paper works with the Department of Motor Vehicles. Another reason why donating your car is better than selling it is that you can get a tax deduction for it.
