Nutrisystem is a diet plan or program that claims to have worked and helped hundreds of people to lose weight and maintain the body figure that they love. Aside from that claim, I don’t really know much about the program. My cousin is planning to try it out and see if it can help her with her weight problem. I am actually just waiting for her to try it out and see the results before I try it out myself.

There are both positive and negative nutrisystem reviews in the internet. The result of my cousin’s experiment is crucial because it will prove whether the program really works or not.
